Step outside of your everyday work environment for a leadership experience like no other.

Women in Focus, for the first time, is offering our community the opportunity to join a truly unique Aboriginal cultural experience in Nyinyikay, north of Nhulunbuy in East Arnhem Land.

Over three special days, you’ll share in the daily life of the local Yolngu women, be immersed in their enduring customs and ceremonies, and develop new awareness, knowledge and skills from one of the world’s oldest surviving cultures.

This experience will take you out of your comfort zone and ignite you with a deeper respect and understanding of Aboriginal ways of being. You’ll form deep connections with your fellow Women in Focus community members attending, learn a few new things about yourself, and consider how you can contribute your own entrepreneurial experience and expertise to support Indigenous women in business to continue to thrive.
