How much (exercise) is enough?

It's news to no-one that physical activity is really important for both our physical health, and our mental health.  But, did you know that more than half of Australian adults are not active enough?  Do you know if you are active enough?  How much exercise is enough anyway?

If you don’t know the amount of exercise recommended each week (yes there are Guidelines), or if your lifestyle involves very little physical activity, read this to discover:
