Women in Focus is proud to partner with organisations that promote the empowerment of women and women led businesses, that celebrate their successes, foster new opportunities and deliver the inspiration, information and connections they need to realise passions and fulfil purpose.

We have partnered with the following businesses because they share these values:

Business Chicks

Business Chicks share our philosophy of bringing like-minded souls together to swap ideas, share stories, and spark inspiration. It is a community of over 35,000 women, and men, centred on values of creativity, boldness, curiosity and generosity, but most of all, fun.

Known for their fabulous events with international speakers including Sir Richard Branson, Diane von Furstenberg, Ita Buttrose, Julia Gillard, Michelle Bridges, Dr Brené Brown, Arianna Huffington, Sir Bob Geldof and Seth Godin, Business Chicks also has an online network and a bi-monthly magazine, Latte.

Through our partnership, we get great tickets to these events, and invite our community members to attend as our guests. They are the perfect example of inspiration, information and connection all bundled into one amazing experience.

Telstra Business Women’s Awards

In celebration of the outstanding success and achievements of Australian women in business and the community, we are a proud sponsor of the Telstra Business Women’s Awards.

These awards have 20 years of history, providing the platform for one generation of Australia’s best and brightest to connect with and inspire the next.

The entry process encourages business women to sit back, take a breath and reflect on all of their achievements – many even recharging their goals in the process. Alumni say the Awards open doors to new networks and career experiences, and opportunities to support, share and create new ideas.

So if there’s a business woman who inspires you, or you see the potential in yourself, we encourage you to nominate throughout the year – applications open late May. Every win starts with a nomination.
